Sending a form is a request for information, not a confirmed booking. A stay is held only after we confirm availability and you accept the quote.

Published tent, activity, and transfer tariffs are launch rates. The amount for your dates, tent, extras, and cars is confirmed in the quote.

Overnight stay packages include the tent night, camel safari, sunset time on the dunes, camp welcome, evening tea, folk music and dance, a seasonal bonfire, and dinner and breakfast. Jeep safari and other paid activities are add-ons unless your quote says they are included.

Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Check-out is between 10:00 am and 11:00 am. Late arrival or early departure should be mentioned in the enquiry.

Safari routes, light, and weather change with the day. We do not guarantee a fixed sunset minute or animal sighting.

You are responsible for accurate dates, guest counts, and ages. Children under 6 years do not pay an extra-bed charge. Ages 6–12 pay the extra child bed rate listed on the price page.

Payment, if any, follows the terms in the accepted quote. This website does not complete a reservation or take card payment by itself.
