When a cancellation applies
These rules apply after you have accepted a quote and we have held the stay. An enquiry that was never confirmed can be withdrawn without a cancellation charge.
Refund schedule
If you cancel 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date, 90% of the amount paid for that stay is refundable.
If you cancel 15 days or more before check-in, but fewer than 30 days, 50% of the amount paid is refundable.
If you cancel 14 days or fewer before check-in, the amount paid is not refundable.
How to cancel
Call or WhatsApp +91 8955804199 and quote any reference number you received. Date changes are treated as a new check against availability and may follow the same schedule.
Group, wedding, and student bookings may carry a written schedule in the quote if the arrangement is larger than a standard tent stay. That written quote prevails for that booking.
